Collections Agent

Our client is a leading debt collection company located in the heart of the city of Stoke-On-Trent.

We are looking for exceptional and motivated personalities to join their growing contact centre. As a HMCTS Collections agent you will be acting on behalf of His Majesty’s Courts and Tribunal Services.

You will be required to work a Fixed Shift day shift pattern – Working 4 days in the week plus every Saturday. Your rota day off in lieu the week will either be a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.

Shift Pattern –

Week 1 Monday – Friday 8am – 4.30pm (4 days) Saturday 8am – 5.30pm

Week 2 Monday – Friday 8am – 4.30pm (4 days) and Saturday 9.30am – 7pm

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Through both inbound and outbound calling you will provide professional support.
  • Providing debt guidance to always ensure you find the best and fair solution for each customer. Including helping customers to pay off their debts, to resolving complex enquiries.
  • Your customer service skills, confidence in being able to problem solve and personal resilience will be essential in maintaining our expectations of exceptional levels of service.
  • Your active listening skills and negotiation techniques will ensure that the right outcome is achieved for both customer and clients every time.
  • To ensure that you are able to meet and maintain high standards at all times.
  • A full induction training programme will be provided and further ongoing coaching and support.

The rewards:

A fantastic starting salary of £23k progressing to £23500 after your 6 month probation period. A £500.00 earn why you learn bonus paid after successful completion of 3 months service along with the opportunity to earn an additional £2400.00 per year based on performance.
