Customer Service Advisor

Our client Advantis Credit is a leading customer service & collection company located in an historic grade 2 listed building in the heart of the city of Stoke-On-Trent. We are looking for exceptional and motivated personalities to join our growing contact centre. As a Customer Service Collections agent you will be acting on behalf of the business to negotiate affordable & sustainable payment plans.

You will be working Monday to Friday shift pattern with a Saturday morning on rota.

Week one: Monday – Friday 8.00am until 4.30pm &  Week two: Monday – Friday 10.30am until 7.00pm

A starting salary of £23000 progressing to £23500 + a £500.00 earn why you learn bonus + an OTE of £2400.00 per annum plus heaps of benefits.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Through both outbound calling you will provide professional support. Providing debt guidance to our customers always ensuring you find the best and fair solution for them. Including helping customers to pay off their debts, to resolving complex enquiries.
  • Your customer service skills, confidence in being able to problem solve and personal resilience will be essential in maintaining our expectations of exceptional levels of service. Your active listening skills and negotiation techniques will ensure that the right outcome is achieved for both our customer and for our clients every time.
  • To ensure that you are able to meet and maintain our high standards full induction training will be provided and further ongoing coaching and support.
