My Vision in establishing Xpert Recruitment Solutions was borne from wanting to establish a Recruitment Business that put consultancy, knowledge, and talent as our core values & at the very heart of what we do. With excess of 20 years knowledge of the industry & managing high functioning teams I aim to ensure that clients & candidates receive an Xpert experience & tailored recruitment solution.
Proactive dynamic with a hands-on approach myself and my team believe we are ” Ordinary people doing extraordinary things” in changing the perceptions of recruitment agencies & candidate & client experiences.
As a person I am an approachable, energetic and accomplished businesswoman with considerable experience in providing solutions to staffing within the recruitment sector.
Alex Mitchell
I joined the business as Operations Director to develop & grow the Industrial, Driving, & Technical Division following 15 Years as a Transport & Operations Manager. I bring to the role vast knowledge & experience of the industry to this sector. In addition, I offer consultancy support on site for several Large National Clients to help support & improve business processes.
Supported by a team of dedicated consultants we operate as a solutions-based division that prides itself on good work ethic, knowledge & commitment to candidates & clients alike. I aim to provide tailored solutions both on & off sight & never assume that a one style approach fits all.
