Xpert Recruitment Solutions Limited have certain procedures in place with regards to validating people and their eligibility to work within the United Kingdom.

In order to register with our company you must ensure you bring with you the following proof of ID. Failure to do so will mean we are unable to register you with our company.

UK Nationals*

You must provide two forms of ID one must be either:
  • A passport which may be in or out of date, showing that the holder is a British citizen and is the person identified
Or
  • A full birth certificate issued in the United Kingdom which includes the name(s) of at least one of the holder’s parents
  • A full adoption certificate again issued in the United Kingdom which includes the name(s) of at least one of the holder’s parents
The second form of ID that must be presented is proof of National Insurance. This must be one of the following:
  • A National Insurance Card
  • A P45 or P60 issued by a previous employer and must have your name and NI Number visible
  • Correspondence from HRMC or a governing agency which must have your name and NI Number visible

EU Citizens*

For those people wishing to register with Prestige Recruitment Specialists Limited then the following types of ID are accepted.
  • A passport which may be in or out of date, showing that the holder is an EU citizen and is the person identified
Or
  • A European Union ID Card
The second form of ID that must be presented is proof of National Insurance. This must be one of the following:
  • A National Insurance Card
  • A P45 or P60 issued by a previous employer and must have your name and NI Number visible
  • Correspondence from HRMC or a governing agency which must have your name and NI Number visible

We appreciate people come over from the EU and are looking for work immediately and therefore do not have a NI Number. Therefore this will be taken in to account, however we must insist that you make the necessary arrangement and obtain an NI Number within four weeks to enable you to continue on your assignments with Xpert Recruitment Solutions Limited 

Non EU & Commonwealth Citizens*

For those people wishing to register with Prestige Recruitment Specialists Limited then the following types of ID are accepted.
Indefinite Leave
  • An in date passport showing that the holder is a non EU citizen and is the person identified. Also a visa must be presented stating indefinite leave.
Or
  • Correspondence from the relevant immigration authorities stating indefinite leave plus proof of NI.
Limited Leave
  • An in date passport endorsed with a visa or residence permit showing the persons entitlement to work in the UK.
