When leaving school in 2020, I started a Level 3 Btec Health and Social care Course at Newcastle College which I finished in 2022. I then started to work and utilise my qualification with in the care sector or thenext 2 years. During this time I didn’t ’t feel like I was getting the job satisfaction within care and started to look for alternative education or employment. I then come across an advert from Xpert for a Recruitment Apprentice, knowing that I would be getting a qualification to better my self as well as working/earning. Shellie Phillips the Branch Manager of Xpert Recruitment interviewed me and sold recruitment to me . Leaving the interview is was really excited and hoped that I would get the opportunity…..
The start of my recruitment journey has been fantastic , learning all aspects from resourcing, dealing with clients, dealing with temps, Social Media and Marketing, as well as still managing to get enough time to complete my Apprenticeship. Long may the journey continue.
