National Apprenticeship Week 2025
Team Xpert recruited our apprentice Chloe in February last year after announcing our plan to do so during Apprentice Week 2024.
Now, here we are in Apprentice Week 2025, and I can certainly say we made the right decision.
Chloe has thrived and has become an integral part of the team.
We’re now talking to her about moving forward with a Level 3 apprenticeship and discussing new contract terms.
Did you know that a Level 3 apprenticeship is the equivalent of two ‘A’ levels?
But you earn while you learn while completing an apprenticeship and, as a responsible employer, we decided to pay Chloe more than the apprenticeship rate.
Why get an apprentice?
For us, there are many benefits. The official Government apprenticeships website says:
