We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our clients growing business in a hybrid Driver / Warehouse Operative role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to develop their skills, learn the trade and progress within the company as they continue to expand.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver goods primarily throughout Staffordshire.
• Undertake nationwide deliveries when required.
• Assist with warehouse operations, including stock handling and organisation.
• Support the wider team with day-to-day operational tasks.
• As the business grows, provide administrative and computer-based support and develop knowledge of the trade.

Requirements

• Full, clean UK driving licence (essential).
• Forklift licence (preferred but not essential).
• Previous driving and/or warehouse experience (preferred but not essential).
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Ambition to grow and develop within the business.

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
• Friday: 7:30am – 3:30pm

*Please note that earlier starts may occasionally be required to meet delivery schedules. Any additional time worked will be given back.
