Armed Forces Week – Celebrating one of our own

shellie

As we celebrate Armed Forces Week, we’d like to recognise and thank one of our own, Shellie, our Operations Director, for her service in the British Army.

Serving from 2000 to 2005 and based in Germany, Shellie developed the skills, discipline, and leadership qualities that continue to shape her success today. During her military career, she also gained her Class 1 licence, adding to a strong foundation of professionalism and operational expertise.

The Army equipped Shellie with invaluable transferable skills, including leadership, people management, resilience, adaptability and the ability to perform under pressure. These qualities have proven invaluable in the fast-paced and often reactive world of recruitment.

Whether leading teams, supporting clients, managing operations, or navigating changing priorities, Shellie brings a calm, solutions-focused approach to every challenge. Her ability to motivate people, build strong relationships and make confident decisions reflects the experience and values gained during her military service.

Armed Forces Week is an opportunity to recognise the contribution of those who serve and have served. We are incredibly proud to have Shellie as part of our team and grateful for the experience, commitment, and leadership she brings to our business every day.

Thank you, Shellie and thank you to all members of the Armed Forces community for your service, sacrifice, and dedication.
