I have worked in recruitment now for nearly 20 years. After leaving the Armed forces it took me a couple of years to realise that recruitment was the perfect fit for myself and started to progress and better myself within the Industry.
I have covered all sectors of recruitment including care, driving and commercial. The sector that i have grown to love the most is Industrial recruitment , there isn’t a role that I have resourced and placed candidates in. I have covered Nationwide but the majority of my recruitment was covering Staffordshire and Cheshire. Over the years i have managed to build some fantastic partnerships with clients and become their go tor recruiter. My work ethic being one of the main reasons that clients like to follow me throughout out my career
If I was to be asked what the one thing I love most about recruitment , then it would be the sense of achievement it gives you when covering every shift that’s put in front of you Day or Night.
Three Interesting facts about you
- Following my Daughter home and away throughout her football career, the highlight being trialling for England
- Competing for the Armed Forces in the Tug of War World Championships in South Africa and then getting selected for England team whilst over there
- I hold my HGV Class 1 and 2 Licences
