Happy 5th Birthday Xpert Recruitment
I’m proud to announce not just our 5th Birthday today or my 5 years as a Director of Xpert Recruitment Solutions but most importantly in achieving my personal vision built on an ambition to establish a Recruitment Business that put “Consultancy, Knowledge & Talent as our core values and at the very heart of what we do”
In what has been a difficult few years for ourselves & our clients we have retained our vison & core values whilst adapting & changing to accommodate the new norms that arose along the way for ourselves and our clients & looking back whilst these were challenging times I have had the opportunity to work with clients, candidates & our sponsored charities in providing support, services, & consultancy & I hope we have continued to offer not only sustainable recruitment solutions to our longstanding stakeholders but have retained our ethics & values.
I set out on this journey as “An ordinary woman who wanted to achieve extraordinary things” alongside my business partner, husband & best friend Alex and a talented team I believe we truly do offer something different which are tailored recruitment solutions by a talented team who really do make “Xpert Recruitment Solutions” a dynamic & Vibrant brand.
I feel blessed & humbled to have such fantastic clients, a team of dedicated consultants that demonstrate trust, loyalty & commitment daily. A special mention to my colleague & friend John Clarke who has motivated & inspired me along the way.
With this in mind I’m pleased to announce some of our news.
As a business we are moving from our old offices in Brunswick Street to support our growth and expansion to our new offices in Trent House, Stoke on Trent which afford us & the team a fantastic environment for us to continue to thrive & grow. It’s hard to think back to the days when we were just two people with a vision & a plan to us now with skilled divisions in

Whilst we have grown & expanded from the initial boutique agency into something larger & more capable, we haven’t lost our personal touch. Alex & I play a very active role in the business & will always remember our routes our skills talents & expertise.
Once settled into our new premises we will be reaching out to you all to share our news & excitement as we enter the next phase of our journey
