We’re looking for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation. If you’re safety-conscious, reliable, and hold a valid external FLT licence, this could be the role for you.
Pay: £13.00 – £15.60 per hour I Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:30pm – 1:00am
As a Counterbalance FLT Driver, you’ll play a key role in keeping warehouse operations running smoothly by moving stock safely and efficiently. While the role is primarily FLT-based, you’ll also be expected to assist with general warehouse duties as required.
Main Duties
- Loading and unloading lorries using a Counterbalance Forklift Truck.
- Transporting stock safely around the warehouse.
- Stacking and storing goods in the correct locations.
- Completing pre-use forklift safety checks.
- Assisting with stock movements and warehouse tasks when required.
- Working in line with health and safety procedures at all times.
What We’re Looking For
- A valid external Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence (essential).
- Previous experience operating a Counterbalance FLT.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible approach to supporting warehouse operations.
