Working as part of the production team, you will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling high-quality timber products, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble timber products and components to specification.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Measure, cut, shape, and fit timber materials accurately.
• Operate woodworking machinery, power tools, and hand tools safely.
• Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve production targets and deadlines.
• Follow all company health and safety procedures.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Joiner, Bench Joiner, Carpenter, or similar role.
• Strong woodworking and assembly skills.
• The ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
